We work with some of London and South East’s largest companies including; social housing providers, HMOs, factories and shops. With 14 years experience in the health and safety industry, we are a trusted name for all your fire safety requirements.
We pride ourselves on supporting and guiding small businesses to meet their fire safety commitments. We understand the importance of fire safety commitments as outlined in the Fire Safety Order 2005; however, these can sometimes be overlooked under general health and safety inspections. What does the assessor do during their visit?
Our assessor visits the premises to understand your business and building. They will inspect all areas, even the kitchen cupboards. They will assess all safety aspects and regulatory requirements before compiling a detailed report.
When will I get my report?
What documentation will the assessor need to see?
This is an endless list and will differ between businesses and properties. Below is a sample list.

Do I need a fire risk assessment every year?
No, but you are advised to review the assessment a minimum of annually. It is your responsibility to keep this document updated with regular reviews. Some businesses might require a fire risk assessment on a more regular basis due to the risk.
